I got an email today that highlights the new quests coming to Mindvalley for pretty much the last quarter of 2021. They are mostly spiritual quests. That’s what I need right now. I need to connect to my spiritual side in as many ways as possible.
If you need that too, then this might be the right time for you to join up with the Mindvalley Membership. These quests sound like they are going to be great for the soul and, if you are single, there will be one quest that may help you find that deep connection you’ve been looking for.
1. Sadhguru’s Quest – A Yogi’s Guide To Joy
I didn’t hear about Sadhguru until Jon Butcher in Lifebook started to talk about him. He talks this guy up all the time and says he has a ton of wisdom that will impact your life greatly. I’m assuming that’s why Mindvalley ended up getting him to do a quest.
The quest is supposed to give you access to his wisdom for being free from suffering and attaining joy and peace.
Yes, please.
The quest starts on October 18th.
Listening to him, I feel like he’s a mix between Srikumar Rao, Allan Watts, and the Dalai Lama. He does have a sense of humor and is very relatable, as you can see in the following video with him.
2. Lee Holden – Modern Qigong
I didn’t know what Qigong was, but now that I’ve looked it up, I’m extremely excited for this new quest on Mindvalley.
Qigong focuses on using movements combined with breathing and meditation for improved spirituality and health.
Lee Holden is apparently going to teach us how to create an energy practice in our lives for more health and vitality.
I would say I’m probably most excited about this quest. I remember watching a group of people in my local mall doing this kind of stuff every morning as I sat down to have coffee and start writing. They looked so happy, healthy, and – most of all – connected to themselves. They had a sense of peace that I wanted.
The quest starts on November 15th.
Following is a video of Lee Holden talking about what Qigong is.
3. Katherine Woodward Thomas – Calling In The One
I tried to take Katherine’s other course, Conscious Uncoupling, but it was one of the Mindvalley quests I just couldn’t get through. I think the quest ended up being put on Mindvalley because Vishen Lakhiani and his wife ended up ‘uncoupling’ and he wanted to share what he learned with others. I think. But the topic didn’t apply to me and I found her a little annoying, so I never did finish that quest.
Now there is this new quest coming up by Katherine Woodward Thomas coming up called Calling In The One. It’s supposed to help you find a deep connection to a special someone.
Since she has a book out there on the subject, I’m assuming the quest is based on the book. The book on Amazon has a lot of good reviews. One person said they did all the exercises, journaling, and ‘silly projects’ and met her future husband not long afterward.
In fact, there are a lot of reviews about how good the book works.
I wasn’t sure if I was going to take this quest, but after reading the reviews, I might be interested in taking it to see what she’s offering. Not sure if I will do the exercises because I already have ‘the one’. But it might be interesting to see what it’s all about.
This quest starts on December 6th.
4. Jade Shaw – The Art Of Astral Projection
This is another quest that I’m really looking forward to. I love this kind of stuff. I love lucid dreaming and the thought of getting out of this body and into an energetic realm.
This quest is supposed to help you have a conscious out-of-body experience and help you experience healing and transformation. The thought of that makes me tingle with delight. I really hope I get to experience that.
This quest starts on December 20th.
Here’s a video of Jade Shaw and students talking about her.
In short, I think this is a great way to end 2021. It’s been an exhausting and frustrating year for me, and I need some more spirituality and connection to something bigger in my life.
