In all my years doing personal development stuff, I’ve never taken anything by Mike Dooley. I do remember him in The Secret, but other than that, I’ve never sat down and read or listened to anything by him.
Mike Dooley is an American author, speaker, and entrepreneur. He is best known for his books “Infinite Possibilities” and “Leveraging the Universe: 7 Steps to Engaging Life’s Magic”. Dooley is also the founder of TUT (Totally Unique Thoughts), a website that offers daily inspirational messages and tools for personal transformation. He has been featured in The Secret, a bestselling self-help book and film. Dooley’s work focuses on the power of thoughts and beliefs in creating one’s reality.
I took this course as it is a part of the Heal Your Life+ Membership. The course itself is about 8 hours long.
Mike Dooley Talks About His Life A Lot
To sum up this course, I would say that Mike Dooley TALKS.
He talks about his life and how he has manifested things into his life. And in doing so, he gives a TON of examples for each lesson or message of the day.
There are technically 21 lessons (each contains a message) and 4 workshops where he sums up everything and answers questions.
Messages include:
- Don’t judge the journey.
- Use all of your angels.
- Overcome your overwhelm.
- Know you are part of a greater plan.
- Unleash your imagination.
I wouldn’t say there is anything new in this manifestation course, if you’ve spent a lot of time working with the law of attraction or manifestation.
But it’s a great reminder and it’s put together well.
There is a workbook, so you each day you get some detailed notes on the lesson and some space to write your own notes.
There’s also an integration exercise with each lesson.
You go in with an intention. Mine is abundance and peace of mind. And then you work on getting the state of mind to receive that intention.
Did The 21 Day Your Wish Is The Universe’s Command Benefit Me?
I can say I started this course off on a low note and ended on a high note. I think the daily reflection on positive practices was good.
One of the days, Mike Dooley talks about how you don’t have to worry about being negative because as long as you take some time out each day to reflect on what you want, it will outweigh the negative. This is a concept I’ve never heard, and it’s boosted my desire to visualize what I want each day.
He also gives other pointers about what can make your desire come true or not. These were all good reminders of where to focus my attention right now as I venture into a new chapter of my life.
The Big Message From Mike Dooley (According To Me)
The underlining message is to have the belief that good things are yours. Believe that you are enough. Believe that what you want is here. Believe that everything is working for your greater good.
If you want to learn and manifesting and about Mike Dooley, then this is a good course on Hay House to take. He spends a lot of time sharing personal information and antidotes that clearly lay out what he believes in and how he thinks we can all get what we want in life.
It’s a nice, positive message, and if you’ve lost some of your good habits (such as visualization, positive affirmations, gratitude, and knowing something more has our back) then this course will help you start to implement those habits again.
I plan to make a 21 day calendar where I focus each day on one lesson and say affirmations or do research along that lesson. And then on day 22, I will start over and do all the things again until they become ingrained in my life.
